Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. All applicable shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, The Lock Shield ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
